Kit-hood:

As a young kit, her family, her brother, mother, and father, use to travel around Kalos a lot, meeting new Poke cats and making friends and greeting old ones. They would take yearly travels to the Frost Mountain and back home. Though the journey was long and difficult for the young cat, Stella always loved travelling and seeing what the world looked like. On one visit to the mountain, the electric family met up with a traveling merchant, who sold accessories and the works. Seeing the cute Glaceon ribbons, Stella's parents bought them for her. With this, she had them on her ears all the time, fascinated at what Glaceon's looked like, become a fan of the Pokémon.

Days of Kalos come to an end:

Men started to come to the land, and soon the family found it too difficult and dangerous to make their journeys. Becoming scared for their children, Stella's parents started to teach her and her older brother basic battle moves, in case they were in danger. Stella became curious at battling, not having to learn any before, and she soon had the nack of her moves
When the escape was planned, Her parents made sure to get there as quickly as possible, telling their kits that they would be finally going back on a journey, to a place that was better than their home now, which had the threat of being torn down and them getting captured at any moment.

When making the journey, her mother and brother fell from the cliffs trying to make the journey, but not wanting Stella to feel scared, her Father told her that her mother and brother disappeared for a while and they'd meet them at the shore, where the escape would be taking place. However, when they reached there, Stella didn't see her mother or brother anywhere. She was told to get in one of the human made boats, and they left shore, Stella wailing that they were leaving her mother and brother behind.

The journey was though, and Stella began to get a cold, only increasing her hunger, which was affecting everyone. Her father began giving her his food, assuring her that he'd be fine, and that he didn't need it as much as her. Sadly though, he was lost as they saw the new island, Stella by his side, and he hoped that she'd find a great new life, and not to worry about her family.

Arrival at Cianwood:

Now alone in a new place, Stella began to worry what would happen to her, as she was alone. Unsure why they were attacked by the residents of the island, and angry they wouldn't let them stay, Stella articipated in the war. Relieved that the war was over, Stella felt much more comfortable, and tried to make friends as easy as her parents did. She came across the training hut and field. Surprised and delighted to see such a place, she ran into the training area and looked for anyone that she could meet. Seeing a Silcoon battling a patched up dummy, Stella decided that this would be her new friend.

The two soon bonded quickly, Mato helping her through any feelings she was trying to get over with her family's death, and she realised that the once was grouchy Silcoon was much happier than before, and she wonder if she had anything to do with it.

:bulletorange: .: Personality:. :bulletyellow:

Cheerful: Always looking on the more positive side of life, Stella will always be there to cheer up any glum faces, and will always see the better side of others. When she is very joyous, or has had anything to make her happier, she will beam up and charge the area with warm, soft sparks, giving a good feeling to anyone around her.

Diffident:
Stella is naturally shy of getting things wrong or making a fool of herself, hoping to become as social and friendly with others as well as her parents were. Her relationship with Mato helps her with this, as she has to be the one to get Mato to do anything.

Adventurous:
Besides her social awkwardness, Stella is adventurous at heart, often just wondering out into forests or anywhere just to explore. This has made her more comfortable in unknown areas and places that would be thought of as hazardous.

Hardheaded:
A newer trait, possibly picked up from Mato, Stella has become more arrogant and self promoting, able to slip in a sly comment and good comeback now and then. Although this is more of a cover for how she really feels, it goes with her cheerfulness pretty well.

Walking over the dusty training grounds, Stella looks up again at the Pokécat she's headed to. It's a Silcoon, a little tall for his kind, in which she means bug pokécats. Watching him, Stella realises that he's battling the beaten dummy, biting, shredding and shooting it with his Poison Shots. Suddenly, Stella stopped, half way across from where she started. She was afraid of him being unkind, and maybe even dangerous. Backing up a little, Stella remembered how her parents would casually and slowly approach strangers, giving them a chance to react to them approaching. Taking in a deep breath of determination, Stella continues to walk to the bug polecat.

"Umm, excuse me, mister…" Turning around form his daily training, Mato's eye widen at the appearance of a young yellow pokecat with blue ribbons wrapped around her ears. "Uh, hello." he tries to say in the least intimidating way he can. "What can I help you with?"

"I-i was just got here, from Kalos. I'm glad the war's over... I got bored and went exploring! So, what're you doing?" As she wandered off topic, she peered behind Mato, examining the old dummy.

"Wait, shouldn't you be back in town with your parents? They might be worried." Worried by the young pokecats curiosity, Mato surprised himself by not being snarky to the young polecat.

"M-my parents? Well, I-i don't think they would worry, since they're not here…" And at that the young cat started to sob. Unaware of what her story was, Mato instantly felt sorry for the cat, knowing exactly how she felt. "Wait… I'm sorry to bring them up.. Um, hey what's your name?" Worried that she keep sobbing, Mato sat down, now able to meet her eye to eye.

"M-my name? I'm Stella." Stella said between sobs.

"Well, Stella, lets go back to town and see if we can get a bite to eat, and maybe even find you a place to stay, Alright? Everything's going to be ok." As he said this Mato got up and started to slowly walk to the pathway back to town, where hopefully the rangers were getting these newcomers together and organised, and help out the young cat. With this promise, Stella's eyes gleamed and a smile grew from her sad expression, and started to catch up to Mato. "R-really?!? Thank-you, mister…" She stopped abruptly. "Say, what's you name?"
"I'm Mato. Lets get back to town, ok?" Mato was, to his surprise, warm-heartedly.
"Ok, thank-you, Mato!" Stella called, giving the kind bug pokécat a wide grin.
